Project Manager - Regional North Queensland As Project Manager you will lead a large-scale energy infrastructure project involving complex mechanical and electrical installation, systems integration and commissioning. You will guide a multidisciplinary project team, foster strong client relationships, and ensure safe, efficient and quality-driven outcomes. This role begins in our Brisbane office during the ECI phase, transitioning to a site-based roster once construction begins, with accommodation and meals provided. Key Responsibilities Deliver a safe, environmentally sound project on time and within budget. Oversee engineering, scheduling, cost control, safety, environment and quality. Coordinate construction activities in line with program requirements. Lead commissioning and completions activities for complex M&E components. Maintain strong client relationships and uphold McConnell Dowell’s project standards. About You You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in complex mechanical and electrical works, ideally within water or water‑treatment infrastructure due to the complexity and system integration similarities. You thrive in fast‑paced project environments, enjoy being client‑facing, and can confidently lead teams through ECI, delivery, commissioning and close‑out. You’re flexible to work on a roster during site delivery and comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams and high‑value project scopes. You Will Also Bring Demonstrated experience delivering complex facilities or M&E projects. Proven success in commissioning and completions.
