Evolve Talent is currently seeking a Pytha Drafter for a reputable residential joinery company based in Smithfield, Sydney NSW. Position Details Type: Permanent, Full‑Time Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 + super (negotiable depending on experience) Key Responsibilities Draft and produce detailed joinery drawings using Pytha 3D CAD software Interpret architectural plans and produce accurate shop drawings for production Create cutting lists and prepare production files using Enroute Liaise with production team and site supervisors to ensure design intent is achieved Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers to finalise joinery details Assist with take‑offs, material schedules, and job file management About the Company A well‑established joinery business with a reputation for quality craftsmanship for commercial and residential projects Supportive and close‑knit team environment where collaboration is valued Opportunities for professional growth and career development within the business Focused on innovation and precision in every project Candidate Requirements Proven experience drafting in Pytha 3D CAD software (essential) Strong understanding of joinery construction and manufacturing methods Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills 2 professional references in a similar role Apply Now Ready to take the next step in your drafting career?
