About the role We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced retail plumbing specialist who thrives in customer service, enjoys store merchandising and promotional planning, has a flair for creating displays, and is eager to learn new skills In addition to excelling as a retail plumbing specialist, you may also be interested in Duty Management and advancing your career. As a Customer Service Team Member – Plumbing Salesperson at Clennett's Mitre 10, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a Full Time Monday to Friday position based in our Kingston store. As part of the role, you will need a current and valid Australian Drivers Licence. What you’ll be doing Greeting and assisting customers with their queries and purchase needs in a friendly and helpful manner. Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers to help them find the right solutions. Maintaining the store's appearance and organisation, including store recovery. Restocking and replenishing shelves as required. Processing point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout. Answering phones to assist customers with their queries. Contributing to a positive team dynamic and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service. Picking customer orders. What we’re looking for Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people. Strong communication skills, positive attitude & a team player.
