Requirements for this role Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Fri morning Fri afternoon Sat morning Sat afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role What We’re Looking For A reliable and proactive female support worker Minimum 1 year of experience in disability support Comfortable with complex behaviours Clear, effective communicator – must have fluent English Flexible, caring, and confident working independently Availability – Taylors Hill, Melton, St Kilda, Tarneit, Airport West, Sunshine St Kilda – Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00‑15:00 ongoing Tarneit – Mondays‑Fridays 07:30‑09:30 – transportation provided Airport West – Wednesdays, Fridays 09:30‑13:30 Sunshine – Saturdays 13:00‑17:00 Hourly Rate: $32 – $37, based on experience Start: Immediate start available Key Responsibilities Provide in‑home support , including personal care and domestic tasks Assist with community access and participation Support with meal preparation , medication prompting Build positive relationships with participants and their families Encourage independence and choice in daily living Mandatory Requirements Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Ageing Support (or currently studying) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (free online) Current Driver’s Licence & access to insured vehicle Willingness to obtain a recent Police Check Full working rights in Australia Why Join Empowering Options Ongoing, consistent shifts with opportunity to grow Supportive and inclusive team culture Professional development and upskilling opportunities Travel reimbursement and employee mentoring Potential to move into permanent part‑time/full‑time roles Pay review every 3–6 months based on performance Apply Now If you’re passionate about supporting others to live empowered and meaningful lives, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
