We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable Coffee Machine Technician who enjoys problem‑solving, customer service, and working with café equipment. About the Role As our Coffee Machine Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting our café partners by repairing, servicing, and maintaining espresso machines and related equipment. This is a practical, varied role suited to someone mechanically minded who enjoys helping customers keep their coffee flowing. What You’ll Be Doing Repair and service espresso machines and related café equipment. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs both on‑site at customer venues and over the phone. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and equipment care.i> Receive, check, and organise stock and deliveries. Provide occasional overtime support for urgent breakdowns outside normal hours. Participate in an on‑call roster to assist café customers with weekly maintenance needs when required. What We’re Looking For Experience Experience with coffee machine maintenance is ideal, but not essential. Background as an electrician, mechanic, or other mechanically minded trade is highly valued. Basic barista knowledge is an advantage. Skills Strong mechanical skills and basic plumbing ability. Good computer skills; experience with MYOB is helpful. Clear written and verbal communication.
