The role We are looking for a hands‑on R&D Chemist who loves formulation, testing and solving problems in the lab. You will design, develop and improve products in personal care, home care and select emerging categories. You will move work from bench to pilot with clear data and clean documentation. What you will do Formulate, iterate and validate at lab scale Run benchmarking, performance and stability testing Keep tight records, notebooks, SDS and INCI details Select raw materials and defend choices with data Collaborate with QA, Production and Procurement on trials and scale up Troubleshoot using structured methods and close out actions Operate within AICIS, TGA, APVMA, IFRA and GLP requirements What you will bring Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or related field Practical formulation experience in personal care, home care or FMCG Working knowledge of surfactants, emulsions, pH control and core analytical tests Discipline around GLP and compliance Clear communication that builds trust across teams Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn Why you will love it here A 60 year platform for impact, with real products and real scale Access to academic collaborators and joint projects A culture that backs you with cross functional support RAISE values that guide how we work every day Respect Achieving Together Integrity Stewardship Make your mark If you want your science to ship, and your ideas to become products people use every day, we would love to meet you.
