About the role The way that we provide nutrition and hydration in our homes is evolving to align with our Resident Person-Centred Care Framework. We are moving to a more traditional restaurant model that has ‘front of house’ and ‘back of house’ team members. You will also: Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and well-fed. Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and care Help our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activities Be a supportive friend to our residents. Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected. You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with a real desire to make a difference in people’s lives and you will have a Cert lllor IV in Aged Care.
