You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting retail campaigns across the portfolio, collaborating closely with centre marketing teams and agency partners to deliver impactful, brand‑aligned initiatives and campaigns that drive performance and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing retail campaigns across multiple centres. Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated marketing activity. Help manage marketing budgets and reporting to track performance and ROI. Contribute to annual marketing plans and monthly sales insights. Support the delivery of sustainability initiatives for the centres. Build strong relationships with internal teams and national retailers. Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in retail marketing, shopping centres, or a similar fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working with external agencies and suppliers. Strong project management and campaign delivery skills. Confident using digital platforms and social media to engage audiences. Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
