The opportunity We’re looking to expand the team to support our growing client base. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for devising the SEO/GEO strategy for clients and helping them increase their share of SEO/AIO traffic. You will be supported by the best curated tools, ongoing training, strategic guidance and a central ops team for the day‑to‑day heavy‑lifting and will report to the SEO Director. Required Min 4 years experience in SEO with a comprehensive focus on all aspects including technical, on‑page, and off‑page, content & strategy. Proven track record of managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organisational and project management skills. Expertise in conducting in-depth SEO audits (technical, on‑page, and off‑page) and performing regular SEO health checks to ensure optimal website performance. Proficiency in using key SEO tools and CMS platforms, including but not limited to Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Shopify, and WordPress. An understanding of AIO/GEO/LLMs (ChatGPT/Perplexity/Claude/AI Mode) and strategies for the same. Proficient with analysis, identifying underlying trends in data. A proactive approach to professional development, with a commitment to staying informed about the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a problem‑solving mindset. High attention to detail. Great at building relationships and "getting the job done". Comfortable collaborating and presenting to senior stakeholders. Self‑motivated, always looking to raise the bar. Any past experience in managing organic or paid media campaigns agency side (search/social marketing) will be favourably looked upon.
