This unique role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on repair and customer engagement. You’ll not only inspire and coach your teams but also work alongside them to deliver outstanding results. To be successful for this role, you will: Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs. Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top‑tier service. Train, mentor, and inspire store leaders and their teams to achieve success. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies. Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
