The successful applicant will provide our team with the skills required to help manage and grow da Vinci surgery. Key Responsibilities Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialities Work with Capital Sales Manager in developing new program opportunities Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop & execute territory plan Work with hospital partners to effectively integrate both Greenfield & Brown Field da Vinci programs and surgeons Effectively execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technology Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales / procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI's Attend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed About you … At Device Technologies, we succeed through our commitment to five key values : Delivering Innovation – We constantly seek new ideas, technologies, and approaches to meet evolving customer needs and market demands. Experience required Experience in the specialities below Urology / GYN / Colorectal / Thoracic MIS Minimum 3-5 years' experience selling in a surgical or Operating Theatre environment, or; Minimum 5 years' relevant clinical experience Relevant tertiary qualifications it he sciences - degree or similar Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule including regular weekends and occasional overnight travel Willingness to work regularly on weekends Interested?
