About the Role We’re seeking a committed and capable Deputy Managing Criminal Lawyer to join our Darwin team. This is a key leadership role within NAAJA’s Criminal Practice, supporting the Managing Criminal Lawyer in overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality legal services for Aboriginal clients across the Top End. You’ll balance strategic coordination and operational oversight with your own criminal defence caseload, working across Local, Supreme, and circuit (bush) courts.
