Furniture Retail Store Manager

Are you an experienced Furniture Retail Store Manager who thrives in a vibrant and creative environment? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our stores in Paddington and Castle Hill, NSW as a full-time Furniture Retail Store Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer service, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique furniture showroom. What you'll be doing Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, maximise profitability, and exceed the monthly target for stores Set example for other sales people by exceeding own monthly target Oversee inventory management, product display, and visual merchandising Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of the store team Understand Gen X, Y and Z. Understand design concept and the trend Setup and maintain social media group for the store Remotely interact with customers as well as in person Rotate at different locations What we're looking for 3-5 years of proven experience as a Furniture Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Passion for the furniture and design industry Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems What we offer At Oak Furniture, we pride ourselves on creating a vibrant and supportive work environment.
