Part-Time Learning Design Consultant — Shape Workforce Capability

Design impactful learning solutions that shape workforce capability Max-term contract opportunity until June 2026 About the r ole As a Learning Consultant, Design, you’ll create high-quality learning products that support Suncorp’s Motor Claims Customer strategy. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance workforce capability and drive continuous improvement. What you'll do Design engaging learning solutions using Suncorp’s methodologies, tools, and resources to support strategic outcomes Develop content, evaluation strategies, and materials that align with business needs and learning objectives Lead instructional design projects, managing timelines, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery Provide expert advice and internal quality assurance to raise the standard of learning across the Motor Claims team Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful Contribute to a collaborative learning community, sharing knowledge and supporting team engagement What you'll bring 2+ years’ experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and blended learning approaches Proficiency in learning design tools such as Lectora or Captivate, and strong systems skills including Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of adult learning principles and LMS platforms, with a continuous improvement mindset At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
