Position Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience is delivered Administrate guest billing & reservations enquiries smoothly & accurately Handle and resolve any guest concerns effectively in a professional manner Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, upsell rooms and related services. Answer all incoming calls promptly and pleasantly and provide appropriate assistance Build strong positive cross departmental relationships and provide support as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in front desk operations is valued Personality and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests Professional verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail Impeccable grooming and presentation The flexibility to work a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends Skilled at collaborating within teams, as well as working independently Barista experience is valued would be valued. A valid visa with relevant working rights in Australia are a must.
