About Us Clickdeck is an Australian company revolutionising how decks are built. Our flagship innovative ClickDeck® aluminium framing system is used by builders, architects, and DIY customers across the country on residential & commercial projects. We’re expanding our Ferntree Gully design & sales team and are looking for a technically minded Design & Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, hi-growth team. Website: About the Role This role blends design, estimating, and customer engagement . You’ll interpret drawings, use CAD software (SketchUp or similar) to design deck framing layouts, prepare bills of materials and detailed quotes , and support customers with technical advice and project guidance . You’ll also help manage incoming enquiries, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion. Full product training provided. Key Activities You’ll Be Doing Designing deck frames using CAD software (SketchUp or similar) Reading and interpreting construction drawings and sketches Preparing material take-offs and generating accurate quotations Handling incoming sales and technical enquiries via phone and email Engaging with customers to discuss project details and design changes Entering data into our CRM (Hubspot) and invoicing system (Xero ) Following up with customers and leads to help close projects Supporting builders, architects, and homeowners with design solutions This Role Suits Someone Who Enjoys: Designing solutions and using CAD Talking to customers and solving real‑world problems Working on lots of different projects daily Being part of a tight‑knit team that has fun together Multi‑tasking and managing priorities Having a big input in business direction Rapidly growing their career What we are looking for: Has CAD experience (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit etc) Speaks and writes English fluently (for emails etc) Understands basic construction or building design Is confident speaking with builders, architects, and DIY customers Has strong computer literacy and can multitask effectively Someone wanting to be the best in their role and get rewarded for it. Someone local within ~30–40 mins of Ferntree Gully What We Offer Starting Package: (OTE ~$105,000) $80,000–$90,000 base + super + monthly bonuses
