About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mine Site Draftsperson to join a site-based engineering team at a major coal mine in the Bowen Basin near Moranbah. This role is critical in supporting ongoing upgrade works, maintenance, and project delivery for the Coal Handling & Preparation Plant (CHPP). You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, timely workshop drawings and assisting engineers and supervisors with practical, fit‑for‑purpose design outcomes. About You Proven drafting experience within the mining, CHPP, or heavy industrial environment Proficient in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD Sound understanding of AS4100, AS1657, and general steelwork/plant layout requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high‑quality drawings in a timely manner. Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and trades.
