Full-time ongoing role based in Bendigo Leadership role in the Housing Services Team leading tenancy services for 80 homes Join a values-driven inclusive organisation Your new role As our new Senior Community Housing Officer you’ll lead tenancy and property management for Unitings newest high density community housing development in Bendigo. You’ll oversee approximately 80 tenancies ensuring high‑quality consumer‑centred services in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with renters, community partners and internal teams to sustain tenancies, resolve issues and build a thriving housing community. You’ll work onsite in Bendigo and collaborate with Unitings statewide Housing Services team. The role has potential to oversee additional properties across Victoria and future leadership opportunities may include mentoring up to two direct reports. You’ll be part of Unitings Housing Services team, a passionate group committed to delivering safe, sustainable housing solutions.
