As a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant , you will play a key role in helping DXC's customers understand and leverage Salesforce’s capabilities to solve business challenges. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. This role requires strong business acumen, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather functional requirements. Analyze business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Solution Design: Design Salesforce solutions based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. Customize Salesforce features (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to meet client needs. Develop functional specifications and documentation for customizations and integrations. Project Management and Implementation: Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects, working closely with technical consultants and developers. Define project timelines, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Oversee system configurations, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Client Interaction: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices and features. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle. Offer training and support to ensure users can effectively use the platform post-implementation. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with Salesforce developers and technical architects to ensure functional requirements are properly translated into technical solutions. Participate in solution reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client needs. Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce product releases, trends, and industry best practices. Drive the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies for Salesforce delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Salesforce certifications preferred. Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations, business process mapping, and solution design. Experience requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, and designing custom workflows, reports, and dashboards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools, data management, and third-party application integration is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Preferred Skills Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and mobile solutions. Expertise in specific Salesforce verticals such as Financial Services Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, or Health Cloud. #J-18808-Ljbffr
