If so, we have the perfect role for you As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. About Goodstart Toowoomba Healy Street: Our childcare centre has a capacity for 74 children daily and features five purpose-built rooms designed to enhance the children’s learning experiences. We offer an approved Kindergarten program led by two on-site Early Childhood Teachers that support the children in a school readiness program. The facility includes two expansive and elongated outdoor play areas, designed to promote physical health, imaginative play, problem solving and creativity. We provide flexible work options for our staff, including school hours where possible and support for ongoing training and education. Our team is culturally diverse, with Educators speaking in Mandarin, Hindi, English, Arabic, Gujarati, and Auslan sign language. The Centre Leadership Team brings over 35 years of collective experience, and our entire staff has a combined experience of nearly 80 years. Our long-term staff provide a stable and predictable environment, helping children feel secure and able to develop strong, trusting relationships. The Educators all bring a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience, enhancing the quality of the team as well as the quality of the care and education provided.
