As a full‑time, permanent employee, you will work 38 hours per week with the potential for overtime and weekend work. About the job: We are seeking general entry production workers and experienced meat workers (boners, slicers and slaughtermen) who value coming to work in a safe and supportive environment, with an Equal Opportunity Employer and are seeking a career path offering stability and rewarding commitment. Depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities: Production work/process line: Trimming, cutting, boning and slicing General labouring: Chiller room operations, operation of equipment and machinery Distribution and warehousing: Packing, scanning Industrial cleaning Audit: Meat Industry Award 2020 (Meat Retail Establishments) – see levels below Pay rates Level 1: $47,977 p.a., $24.28 p.h. Level 2: $49,578 p.a., $25.09 p.h. Level 3: $50,190 p.a., $25.40 p.h. Level 4: $51,356 p.a., $25.99 p.h. Level 5: $53,253 p.a., $26.95 p.h. Level 6: $53,332 p.a., $26.99 p.h. Level 7: $55,565 p.a., $28.12 p.h. Level 8: $57,600 p.a., $29.15 p.h. Entry‑level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience. You will have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record. Available Positions: 100Estimated Start Date: 20/11/2025 Requirements To be successful, you must meet the following requirements: Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential. Pass a pre‑employment medical check including drug and alcohol test. Physical stamina, attention to detail, strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a diverse team. Willingness to work in hot and cold environments in a factory setting. Q‑Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination. Be able to provide two reference checks. Immediate start possible. Availability across day and afternoon shift – early morning and mid‑afternoon starts depending on your assigned role and previous experience.
