Overview Southern Cross Care WA is a not-for-profit provider delivering person-centred care in Broome, WA. We are looking for a Carer to assist residents with daily activities and support independence. Responsibilities Follow care plans and assist with personal care such as showering, dressing and toileting. Support residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment. Work under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility). Build strong relationships with residents and their families. Demonstrate compassion and exercise patience. Qualifications A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care. Initiative and the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask. Great communication skills (spoken & written).
