This role is integral to delivering exceptional support services and ensuring a seamless experience for their valued guests. about the role Based in Rockhampton, this busy and varied role will see you working 8 : 30am – 5pm Monday to Friday responsible for : Managing Reception Working with incoming reservations and bookings Meeting & greeting guests and coordinating all their transport requirements to and from appointments Assisting guests with requests Coordinating maintenance and service requests Processing accommodation invoices, administrative requisitions, petty cash and incoming donations Ensuring all consumables are stocked Assisting with administration support Handling any incoming enquiries Liaising with housekeeping team selection criteria Previous Reception, Reservations, Guest Services or Administration experience Hospitality experience highly advantageous Computer literacy – MS Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathise and manage communications in a sensitive manner Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and coordination skills Understanding of basic accounting the benefits Not for profit – community driven organisation Opportunity to use your strong guest reservations skills Busy and varied role Opportunity to interact with a diverse range of clients and customers To start Jan 2026 If you believe you have the skills, experience and passion to take up this temporary challenge commencing January 2026 please APPLY NOW.
