CBRE is seeking a Lease Administration Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney (The Rocks), supporting our Placemaking NSW (PMNSW) account. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Manager to join our team on-site at The Rocks. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate lease and tenant information within the MRI/Pulse system and supporting the Placemaking NSW portfolio. You’ll work closely with property managers, finance teams, and tenants to ensure seamless lease administration and superior client service. What You’ll Do Maintain and update lease data for accurate income recognition and tenancy schedules. Interpret leases, licences, and manage rent reviews, outgoings, and reimbursable expenses. Oversee rent roll processes, billing accuracy, and critical date management. Coordinate document management and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual). Build strong relationships with property managers and tenants to ensure information flow, administrative tasks and bad debt write-offs. Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and bank guarantee processes. What You’ll Need Several years of demonstrated experience in property administration, ideally with commercial property management systems. Strong knowledge of leases, NSW Retail Leases Act, and ability to interpret legal documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
