Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced clinician to join our management team at Port Macquarie Private Hospital. As the Perioperative Services Manager, you will lead our Operating Theatres Department, working closely with the theatre floor manager, PACU, and Anesthetics to ensure efficient staff and resource management. Your primary goal will be to uphold excellence in care delivery, aligning with policies, procedures, and best practice. Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services, you will mentor and lead a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff. This role is ideal for an individual driven to help others succeed. Skills And Experience To succeed you will bring a strong clinical skill set and recent management experience. You will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client care and customer service. Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum of five (5) years’ post‑graduate nursing experience, with at least three (3) in a perioperative setting Proven knowledge as a senior nurse or manager Management or relevant post‑graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources What’s in it for you?
