HR Driver - Rear Lift - Waste Management Location: Dandenong South VIC Pay Rate: From $36 per hour Shifts: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM Shift Duration: 8‑10 hours per shift Key Responsibilities Operate Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections Complete pre‑start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification Requirements Valid HR Truck Licence Minimum 6‑12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded) Strong reliability and commitment to early‑morning starts Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift Driving history report required Click apply NOW or to join our Thriving Transport and Logistics network of truck and delivery drivers At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
