GOLD COAST position available for January 2026 start Join our dynamic leadership team as our Full Time OSHC Director. Gullivers Coomera is the home of swimming, OSHC & sports programs. This role is for an energetic, experienced, passionate professional who has the purpose to make an impact by providing the highest quality care as our OSHC department Director. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of OSHC leadership experience. Gullivers Coomera OSHC is a community leader in providing interactive, engaging programs. Located in bustling Upper Coomera on the sunny Gold Coast, the successful applicant will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, inclusive and enriching experiences which support the healthy development of children and their wellbeing. Our family owned and operated business has been servicing the northern Gold Coast for over 25 years and is committed to providing exceptional care and active opportunities . We are looking for a committed, long-serving OSHC Director who is dedicated to excellence and driving our OSHC team to achieve this. As the OSHC Director you will be responsible for Lead the daily operation of Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care programs and staffing Design and deliver engaging, active experiences in our purpose built indoor/outdoor facility in alignment with MY TIME, OUR PLACE framework Ensure full compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations Supervise, manage and support the OSHC team to provide safe, inclusive and caring environment Responsible for up to 20 staff and 158 children Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisors, Senior Management, company Directors and wider team to ensure quality practice, sustainability and alignment with Gullivers Coomera values This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Co‑Ordinator Director in a supportive and well‑resourced environment.
