Delivery Project Manager

We're growing and are looking for an experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects across our product suite. If you're a proactive project leader who enjoys working with clients, guiding teams, and improving processes, this role offers challenge, purpose, and growth. Ibis helps local governments plan and deliver sustainable community services and infrastructure through powerful financial planning tools. About the Role Lead and manage implementation projects from scoping to post-implementation review Coordinate resources and timelines across multiple projects Act as the escalation point for clients and stakeholder management Oversee project documentation, milestone tracking, and change management Work closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless handover Lead and support a small team of Delivery and Hypercare consultants Improve delivery frameworks and client outcomes About You You're an organised, confident, people-focused project manager who can balance client needs, team priorities, and delivery deadlines. You bring: 3+ years' experience in implementation or project management Experience in implementing financial solutions Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to mentor others and lead a high-performing delivery team A continuous-improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance (desirable) Valid driver's licence + passport (travel will be required across Australia & NZ) Work for a mission-driven, Australian owned company Join a collaborative, learning-focused culture Make a positive impact on communities across Australia & NZ Genuine opportunities for growth and development If you want to lead meaningful projects and thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.
