Our client is embarking on a significant transformation journey to modernise its people systems and processes - and we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (HRIS) to lead the way. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s future‑state HR technology landscape, overseeing the transition from an on‑premise TechOne solution to a modern, cloud‑based HRIS platform. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end delivery role involving complex stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and RFP/RFQ leadership. What you’ll be doing Lead the HRIS replacement program from planning through to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and culture. Manage the full RFP/RFQ process to identify and onboard the right technology partner. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Risk, and Executive stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Navigate competing priorities and sensitive sponsorship dynamics with professionalism and tact. Deliver project outcomes on time, on budget, and in line with compliance and governance standards. What you’ll bring Proven experience leading complex HRIS transformation projects (TechOne, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar). Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills within a large, people‑focused environment . Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, especially when working with executive and HR leadership. A balanced approach — confident and delivery‑focused, yet empathetic and collaborative in style. Interested?
