Responsibilities As a full‑time, permanent maintenance electrician in our Hebel plant, you will: Preventative, breakdown and shutdown maintenance across all electrical equipment. Fault finding, troubleshooting and working to minimise downtime. Supporting plant improvements by digging into performance issues and helping implement smarter ways of working. Ensuring maintenance programs run to plan and meet required standards. Completing required documentation, JSA/SWMS, and maintaining high safety compliance. Developing AFPPs and PMs. Working with contractors on electrical installation and service work. Following all site safety procedures and setting the tone for safe behaviour. Qualifications Electrical trade licence. Strong hands‑on maintenance background. Fault‑finding experience, ideally including PLC/SCADA exposure. Solid safety mindset with experience completing risk assessments. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with fitters, contractors, and production teams. Ability to stay calm under pressure and think analytically. Experience with asset management systems (SAP highly regarded). EWP, Forklift, First Aid certification.
