As a casual Youth Worker, you’ll provide trauma-informed care and meaningful support to children and young people in our Out of Home Care program. You’ll help them feel safe, build confidence, and move toward a brighter future. No two days look the same, and that’s what makes this work so rewarding. Benefits Competitive SCHADS Award hourly rate 3.1 Salary packaging up to $15,900 Guidance and support to access government-funded Cert IV training Ongoing training and genuine career progression pathways A supportive, values-driven team culture What you’ll be doing Providing day-to-day care and guidance to children and young people Supporting personal care needs, education, social participation, and the development of independent living skills Helping create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment Using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support strategies when challenges arise What you’ll bring A Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services (or a willingness to enrol—ask us about government-funded options) A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) An NDIS Worker Screening Check A National Police Check (completed by us for successful applicants) A valid open driver’s license Who we are At Lifestyle Solutions, we believe in the power of people.
