Key Responsibilities Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements Monitor product quality and maintain GMP standards Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials Record production data and assist with root cause investigations Collaborate with team members and uphold company values Operate other production machinery as required Skills & Experience Essential: Trade qualification in Flexographic Printing Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI) Personal integrity and resilience under pressure Ability to work independently and in a team Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices Desirable: Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry Previous operation of flexographic printing machines What’s in it for you?
