J Music is looking for passionate and experienced Music Teachers to join our team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons in the homes of students of all ages and skill levels in the south west Sydney suburbs surrounding Liverpool. As a Music Teacher, you will play a key part in helping our students develop their musical talents and reach their full potential. What you'll be doing Delivering engaging and tailored music lessons on the in demand instruments piano and guitar Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback to help them improve their musical skills Collaborating with students to create personalised learning that align with their goals and interests Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression What we're looking for Proven experience as an music tutor, with a strong background in teaching your chosen instrument A deep understanding of music theory, pedagogy, and the ability to tailor your teaching approach to each student's needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages A passion for music and a commitment to helping students develop their musical abilities Relevant qualifications in music or music education, or equivalent experience A working knowledge of the NSW music curriculum and teaching standards A current Working with Children Check, a valid driver's licence and own vehicle What we offer Competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work flexible hours Ongoing professional development and training to support your growth as a music educator A collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of talented music teachers The chance to be part of a dynamic and passionate community of music lovers Public Liability Insurance, travel allowance and teaching resources About us J Music is a leading provider of high-quality music education in the Liverpool area.
