What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the voice and heart of our patient care experience, conducting Telehealth consultations, guiding patients through their journey, and collaborating with our doctors and clinical team to make sure every person feels heard, supported, and cared for. Conduct patient consultations via phone or video. Complete thorough assessments and documentation. Manage follow‑up appointments. Work closely with our internal teams (medical assistants, customer support, and clinical leads). What You’ll Bring Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Current professional indemnity insurance. A genuine interest in alternative medicine and symptom management. Great communication skills, empathy, and meticulous documentation. Confidence using tools like Google Meet, Slack, Deputy, and patient management software. Strong time management and multitasking superpowers. Telehealth experience (bonus points). Important to Note: This role involves back‑to‑back appointments while working at your computer from home.
