With multiple store locations and continued company growth, we’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. The Role This is a front counter position, providing outstanding service to our valued customers. The role is casual, offering 10–15 hours per week including a rotating Saturday morning shift. Key Duties Tagging, detailing, and invoicing all garments and household items. Greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Assembling orders once cleaning is finalised. Liaising with dry cleaners and pressers. Tracking orders and updating customers as required. Processing invoices through our point-of-sale (POS) system. Educating customers on fabrics and garment care. About You A minimum of 3 years’ previous customer service experience. Professional customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working both independently and within a team. Basic computer skills (POS experience is an advantage). Previous customer service experience highly regarded.
