Overview Manager, Clinical Education (THV) at Edwards Lifesciences. Drive evidence generation and clinical education to optimize patient outcomes and advance product access. How You’ll Make an Impact Provide expertise and clinical insights throughout the device life cycle, develop educational materials, support case management, and lead training initiatives. Responsibilities Represent the Clinical Affairs Research Team during clinical trial cases, offering on‑site real‑time guidance and contingency planning. Provide device, procedure, and troubleshooting education to physicians, staff, and investigators. Document procedural observations, support enrollment discussions, and facilitate issue escalation with Principal Investigators. Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel through one‑on‑one sessions and structured programs. Develop, continuously improve, and implement training materials, tools, and curriculum based on trial experience. Identify and oversee educational projects in partnership with key stakeholders, acting as core team lead and consultant. Manage device accountability, inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance, ensuring proper shipment and return of investigational products. Assist in site and personnel training, including form completion and study document management. Support process improvement opportunities and incidental duties assigned by leadership. Qualifications – Required Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent (including Nurse or RN degree). Minimum 8 years of relevant medical device and/or clinical experience. Exemplary written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and detail orientation. Team‑player ability, including inter‑departmental collaboration and contract/project representation. Solid understanding of medical device regulatory requirements, device accountability, and adverse events reporting. Preferred Qualifications Clinician experience in intra‑operative procedures acquired from Registered Nursing, RT, ORT, or CVS credentials, and related certification. Full knowledge of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology. Ability to manage confidential information, competing priorities, and escalating issues within a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in coordinating with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters. Adherence to company rules, safety, environmental protection, and pollution prevention.
