About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic State Sales Manager to join our NSW & ACT Electrical Wholesale Team. Reporting to the National Wholesale Manager, this position includes a dedicated sales territory along with a strong focus on developing and leading successful growth strategies across the NSW wholesale team. This position would suit candidates based in the Sydney metro region. The State Sales Manager will: Take ownership of a dedicated metro and regional sales territory across NSW & ACT. Take responsibility for leading the NSW & ACT sales team and strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesale partners and contractors at a state, regional and branch level. Drive revenue growth and meet yearly KPI expectations. Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to deliver outstanding solutions. Experience and Pre‑Requisites Have experience in the electrical industry, particularly with power distribution, motor control, or industrial electrical products. Are proficient in PC literacy, including CRM tools. Bring a positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude to the team. Have a trade or electrical industry background.
