The Role As a Sales Cadet , you’ll support the Estate Manager to ensure a great customer journey from first enquiry through to settlement. You will gain hands on experience in property sales, client management, and project operations, with the goal of progressing into a fully‑fledged Sales Consultant role. Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service Provide information on the estate to customers Gather an initial understanding of the customers’ needs Assist with the follow up and processing of leads Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service Support the sales team in the day‑to‑day operations of project sales offices Participate in weekend and on‑site sales activities Learn and apply the sales process from lead generation to contract signing Qualifications & Experience Has a genuine interest in property and development Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills Is organised and detail‑oriented Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Is available to work weekends (with mid‑week days off) Ideally has or is working towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Comprehensive on the job training and mentorship A clear career development pathway into Sales Consultant and beyond Exposure to leading masterplanned community projects Supportive, collaborative team culture Competitive salary package with commission opportunities as you progress Why Work for Us?
