Requirements for this role: Availability to work the following shifts: Mon morning Mon afternoon Mon evening Tue morning Tue afternoon Tue evening Wed morning Wed afternoon Wed evening Thu morning Thu afternoon Thu evening Fri morning Fri afternoon Fri evening Sat morning 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role A position for a RN DIV 1 nurse is available to join our team of General Practitioners, Admin Staff and Allied Health Professionals. Practice Nursing experience is a must with at least 2 years experience. Medical Director and PracSoft experience ideal but is not essential. Some reception work is required. In this role you will need to maintain a professional & compassionate manner, be flexible, have excellent communication skills, use initiative, be a team player and work well within a team environment. You require current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. WWC and Police Check essential. Nursing duties will involve: Vaccinations (all ages) Wound Management – Assisting with Minor Surgical Procedures Autoclaving Managing Medical Supplies (restocking/ordering) Cleaning/restocking Dr's rooms – ECG/Spirometry Maintain accreditation Cold chain management Iron infusions (bonus if you can do this) Knowledge in MBS item numbers Knowledge in care plans and health assessments Knowledge in recalls and reminders Must be available to work – Monday to Friday. You will be working approximately 5-6 days per week. Every other Saturday morning (9am to 12pm). No Sundays or Public Holidays. Shift examples – 10am to 7pm and/or 8am to 5pm. 40 hours per week guaranteed.
