As a Sales Consultant Professional, your role will be varied, engaging, and client-focused, including: Selling Pfitzner-Made Products: Represent locally handcrafted furniture, learning about materials, joinery, finishes, and installation processes. You don’t need prior manufacturing knowledge, just curiosity and the desire to understand our craft so you can guide clients toward the right solution. Representing Stressless®: Help clients explore and select from a world-renowned collection of ergonomic seating and Scandinavian designs. Your role is to match their lifestyle and preferences with the best options available. Delivering exceptional client experiences: At Pfitzner, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients. You’ll provide personalised consultations, listen carefully, and ensure every detail of their order is correct. Managing showroom operations: When you’re not with clients, you’ll handle day-to-day administration, keep the showroom well presented, stay on top of emails, manage client files, and liaise with suppliers. What we're Looking for You will bring a combination of interpersonal skills, creativity, and professionalism to the role. Key qualities include: A collaborative team player: You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team of designers, sales consultants, and management. Supporting one another and working together is central to how we operate. Passion for furniture and design: Previous experience in interior design, product design, or related industries is highly regarded, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for design and an appreciation of how fine furniture is made. Strong computer and organisational skills: Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is important, and familiarity with MYOB or similar systems will be highly regarded. These tools help you manage orders, client files, and supplier communication efficiently. An eye for detail: Our furniture is fully customisable, and accuracy matters. You’ll need to interpret client requests, translate them into precise orders, and ensure they are delivered seamlessly to our workshop and partners.
