Role Overview Picture this…… it’s 9am and you’ve just sat down with a hot cup of tea at your desk at home. Your dishwasher & washing machine are humming away in the background. (Is it just us or does it feel so productive to have two appliances going?) You open up your computer and get ready for your first client. Meanwhile, in rural Australia, your dedicated Allied Health Assistant , is setting up the iPad at a client's home, ready for a Physio session, their car full with the physio equipment you may need. After connecting with your client and your AHA from the comfort of your own home, its then time to jump on a call with one of your colleagues - an OT, Speech Pathologist or Exercise Physiologist to discuss a mutual client. You are making a difference in the lives of our rural community all whilst working from home - no travel costs, no commuting, and best of all, no barriers You have a flexible working arrangement and have access to unlimited support from a very experienced and exceptional senior Physio (the lovely Jess). About the Role Kerin Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and innovative team, providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals in rural Australia through Telehealth. This unique opportunity allows you to work remotely while supporting and making a difference in the lives of clients in rural areas. You will collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and interventions and have an AHA on the ground to help support your sessions (our point of difference from other telehealth companies that makes our telehealth physios’ lives so much easier). Client Caseload This role is an Adult client caseload with the following client types: TACP (Transitional Aged Care Program): short term rehab clients (ie Post THR/TKR) HCP (Home Care Package Clients): Mobility assessments, falls prevention, re-conditioning. NDIS: reviews, updating Allied Health Assistant programs and collaboration with multidisciplinary team. You may choose to come visit us in Parkes, NSW, where you will have free accommodation and your travel costs paid We'd love to meet you in the flesh Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Current registration with APHRA. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience as a physiotherapist in a community setting.
