The Perks: Your New Roster We are offering a dedicated 4‑day work week that gives you Monday, Tuesday, and Friday off every week. Thursday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Afternoon Shift) Saturday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Afternoon Shift) Sunday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Afternoon Shift) Your Impact: The Role As our Dispatcher, you are the critical connection between our customers in need and our expert drivers. You will be the calm voice that brings order to emergencies and ensures smooth operations throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities Include: Emergency Coordination: Efficiently and professionally answer all incoming service calls, assessing customer needs rapidly, and deploying the right resources. Driver Management: Organise, schedule, and dispatch drivers and trucks for a wide variety of jobs, managing their routes via phone, radio, and email communications. Customer Care: Provide empathetic and proactive support, resolving service issues quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Administrative Support: Handle essential general office duties, supporting the management team and maintaining organised records.
