Responsibilities Manage internal and external steel formwork assembly projects. Lead the technical execution of assemblies on construction sites. Prepare detailed assembly workflows. Coordinate unloading, temporary storage, and intermediate transport of parts on site. Assemble and install steel formworks and mechanical equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and specific assembly guidelines. Plan assembly personnel and materials in coordination with the project manager. Coordinate required on‑site resources such as cranes and lifting equipment. Report directly to the project manager or department manager. Communicate effectively with the technical engineer and project manager. Maintain assembly records (hours, scope of work, etc.). Handle correspondence and document management related to the assembly process. Perform comprehensive functional testing of all hydraulic systems, concreting systems, and drive units. Share responsibility for proper commissioning after completion of the assembly work. Train operation personnel on site as part of the commissioning process. Qualifications & Experience Final apprenticeship exam. Technical master school degree, university degree, or long‑standing experience as foreman/supervisor in steel or formwork construction. Highly specialized knowledge and extensive experience for assembly works of specialized steel‑formwork systems. Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems. High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally. Language skills: English and German. Organizational talent, outgoing nature, and ability to work effectively in stressful environments. Personnel management abilities and capacity for teamwork. Valid driving license. Good IT skills (MS Office, basic AutoCAD). Benefits Career development. Health insurance. Visa support.
