About the Role We're looking for a collaborative, forward‑thinking, and energetic experienced Graduate to support our Health team in our Brisbane Studio. Your responsibilities will include: Provide input and develop design solutions across multiple projects Work in a collaborative environment to partner with internal project teams to understand and develop the design in response to stakeholder requirements Partner with project leads to develop design intent and ensure the maintenance of design excellence Contribute strongly to the design and delivery of technical design documents About You We are excited to welcome someone with the following: 3+ years post‑graduate M.Arch or equivalent architecture experience Exemplary design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams Proficiency in Revit and Rhino and Adobe Suite A true passion for design and a collaborative, team‑oriented work approach Proven experience collaborating with clients and consultants Employee Benefits With a focus on corporate social responsibility and environmental initiatives, you'll appreciate our welcoming, community‑driven atmosphere.
