Forch Sales Consultant - Southwest Sydney At Forch Australia, we’re proud of our growth, recently joining the ASX-listed MaxiPARTS Limited Group, and building a strong reputation for safety, service, and reliability. We’re currently expanding into new regions and looking for a Sales Consultant who’s ready to grow our customer base, establish strong local relationships, and deliver solutions that create real value. Why this role matters As a Forch Sales Consultant, you’ll be a key driver in establishing Forch in new regions. You’ll engage new customers and identify opportunities to grow our presence. Success in this role isn’t just about closing sales, it’s about proactively building a loyal customer base, solving problems, and becoming a trusted partner for our products and solutions. What success looks like Identifying and engaging new customers to expand Forch’s presence in the region Building strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients Promoting and selling Forch’s industry‑leading products Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs Representing the Forch brand with professionalism, energy, and passion Responding quickly and effectively to customer needs, becoming a trusted solutions partner What you’ll bring Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships Self‑motivation, goal‑driven attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit Resilience in the face of challenges, with the ability to stay positive and bounce back Adaptability to manage a variety of customer personalities and priorities Confidence in your sales approach while remaining respectful and humble Attention to detail in managing quotes, orders, and customer needs Commitment to safety in all aspects of your work Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.
