As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Yardsperson / Storeperson to join our team. Full‑Time | Monday–Friday About the Role: This position plays a key part in the smooth operation of our factory and yard. You will manage stock, maintain a clean and organised yard, and support our team with materials handling. Key Responsibilities: Manage stock levels, track inventory and resolve stock issues efficiently Maintain a clean, safe and organised yard and storage area Unload supplier trucks and load company trucks using a forklift Prepare and dispatch materials for site deliveries Communicate clearly with staff, trades and suppliers Work collaboratively and independently when required Support general yard duties and contribute to continuous improvement of processes What We’re Looking For: Highly motivated with a desire for long‑term career growth Confident, competent forklift operator (experience required) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work indoors and outdoors Knowledge of building industry preferred, but quick learners encouraged Initiative, reliability and positive work ethic Current forklift and driver’s licence (essential) Experience loading/unloading trucks and safe loading procedures Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high safety standards Physically fit Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Prepare assets and materials for delivery Perform lawn and garden maintenance as required Maintain a clean, safe and tidy factory and yard environment Operate a forklift confidently and safely Unload incoming deliveries and load outgoing trucks Check delivery paperwork for accuracy Conduct regular stocktakes and notify the Factory Manager of low stock Pick up stock or deliver goods to other locations when required Follow all safety procedures and maintain a high standard of safety compliance Work both independently and collaboratively within the team Qualifications & Requirements: Current valid driver’s licence Forklift licence Ability to drive manual vehicles Construction White Card (required) Construction HR licence desirable We’d love to hear from you.
