Role / Responsibilities Manage functional QA engineers in ensuring quality of every product that we release to production. Monitor quality metrics and conduct bug analysis sessions to improve product quality. Drive all QA effort throughout and until end of each release. Maintain an updated regression suite both for manual and automated tests. Continuously review, calibrate, develop, and implement new innovative QA practices. Participate in kick-offs and grooming session and raise all quality concerns. Identify and analyse issues, bugs, defects, and other problems particularly when problem is recurring; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. Communicate with various stakeholders for any QA related items. Address QA Engineers impediments by collaborating with the squads. Coach and mentor QA engineers. Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. Negotiate with all stakeholders to agree how best to move forward and deliver value. Requirements At-least 5 years experience in managing a team of QA Engineers. Knowledgeable in testing practices and methodologies across international based Mobile / Web applications and APIs. Familiarity in performance and automation testing (java, postman, appium, selenium, jmeter, etc.). Comfortable writing SQL and using RDBMS. Nice to have experience with Cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud), Linux. Participate in projects than span multiple teams from requirements to production in a fast-paced environment. Fluent communication in English, both verbally and written to all levels within the organization including non-technical audience. BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
