Branch Coordinator

Join a fast-moving equipment hire business where customer service and coordination excellence make the difference. We’re looking for an energetic and organised person to manage day‑to‑day short‑term hire bookings and assist our service team with scheduling and invoicing. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming hire enquiries, quotes, and bookings. Schedule deliveries, collections, and service jobs. Liaise with customers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics. Raise invoices, process paperwork, and update hire/service systems. Support the operations team with reporting and customer follow‑up. About You Excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous experience in hire, logistics, or service coordination preferred. Confident using computer systems (Xero, Upvise, or similar).
