Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mission Beach, QLD. The Lead Deckhand & Snorkel Divemaster will oversee vessel operations, manage rigging tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include daily vessel maintenance, assisting with snorkeling operations, guest briefings, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Effective communication with crew and guests is essential.
