Visual Creative Coordinator

CAMILLA is on the lookout for a vibrant, organised and creatively driven Visual Creative Coordinator to join our Marketing Tribe part-time (3 days) and bring our brand world to life across boutiques, wholesale pop-ups, showrooms and in-store experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp creative eye, strong project coordination skills and a love for storytelling through visual experiences. You’ll work closely within our Marketing and National VM teams to deliver beautiful, meaningful and on-brand visual moments across our global retail footprint. What you’ll be doing Creating window mock‑ups and presenting concepts to the Marketing team in alignment with National VM and Creative direction. Managing the development of window creative: briefing graphics, liaising with suppliers, sourcing and procuring display items. Supporting store design, visual elements, refurbishments and fit‑outs. Coordinating seasonal window props, sourcing materials, printing and ensuring delivery timelines are met. Assisting with new store openings and closures, including on‑site support when required. Visiting boutiques to support VM execution and identify enhancement opportunities. Managing seasonal VM budgets in partnership with the National VM Manager. Supporting concept creation and installation for wholesale showrooms and pop‑ups. Developing visual concepts for trade shows, retail activations and special VM projects. Providing creative direction and guidelines for the CAMILLA Live film set. Offering ad‑hoc styling and event support when required. Working hand‑in‑hand with National VM and Regional Managers to elevate in‑store storytelling, focal areas and customer journey moments. Creating simple, user‑friendly VM guides (installation steps, prop placement, reference imagery). Maintaining organised records of concepts, supplier details, budgets, quotes and project timelines. Providing timely updates on project statuses, risks and upcoming milestones. Contributing ideas, insights and solutions in VM and Marketing meetings. What you bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in Australia in marketing, styling, creative agencies or fashion production. 2+ years of event or fashion production experience. Existing relationships with creative or talent agencies (desirable). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills. Strong organisational and project‑coordination skills. Ability to think creatively while balancing commercial and practical needs.
